City Plan: call for sites

A call for sites is a way for people to suggest areas for future development.

This is a normal part of planning. We're looking at how the new City Plan will manage growth in Brighton & Hove up to 2044.

We need to make sure there is enough land for:

• new homes and workspaces
• community facilities and tourism
• sites for improving biodiversity

You can submit up to four sites in your submission. If you have additional sites to submit please email us planningpolicy@brighton-hove.gov.uk
