Help shape the future of West Saltdean

The West Saltdean Neighbourhood Forum has submitted its draft Neighbourhood Plan and we want to hear what you think.

The plan was developed with community feedback and sets out local priorities, including green space designations, in alignment with city and national planning policies.

West Saltdean is the third area in the city to submit a plan, following Hove Station and Rottingdean Parish.

We're now running a public consultation before the plan is reviewed by an independent examiner. After this, a local referendum will determine whether it becomes an official planning document.

Have your say and help shape West Saltdean’s future

Please review the documents in the phase description below and let us know what you think of the draft neighbourhood plan.

The consultation is open until Monday 10 March.

Hard copy versions of all the documents are available to view in Saltdean, Rottingdean and Jubilee libraries as well as the Bartholomew House Customer Service Centre.

Please contact us via neighbourhoodplanning@brighton-hove.gov.uk if you require a paper copy or word version of the survey. Translations are also available on request.
