The council has been reshaped to better serve our community and deliver on our Council Plan mission to create a better Brighton & Hove for all.

Once the finalised shape and structure of the organisational redesign has been implemented, there will be team and service reviews in 2025 to align our structures with the council’s vision.

Now’s your chance to tell us what should change, what’s working well and any fresh ideas you have.
