Tenant and repairs handbook
As part our creating great homes together programme, residents have fed back that you'd like us to review our tenant handbook and repairs and improvements handbook to help make the information we give you about your tenancy and housing services clearer.
Currently the information is separated into 2 booklets. We cover the tenancy and housing services in one booklet and repairs and improvements in the other.
We're thinking about combining both handbooks into one. We will also be updating the information to include current legal standards.
