Summer Park & Ride

A Park & Ride was launched in Brighton & Hove for selected days in August to support travel into the city during the busy summer period.

The new service is operating 5 weekend dates in August and the whole of the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Using car park space for at least 500 vehicles at the University of Sussex campus in Falmer, dedicated Park & Ride buses are taking people into the city centre and back again for £7 per vehicle, including all its passengers.

Park & Ride is part of city-wide strategy to give our residents and visitors affordable and sustainable travel options with a view to developing a permanent park and ride scheme for Brighton & Hove in the future.
