Scheme manager laundry review

Washco currently supply washing machines and dryers to 23 senior housing schemes in the city and Brooke Mead Extra Care housing scheme. This service is paid for through resident’s service charge.

The contract we have with Washco is coming to an end in 2025 and we want to find out how much the service is used before we consider renewing the contract.

We would like every scheme manager to feedback about the service by completing a survey.

This survey is confidential and for scheme managers only. No residents should be contacted regarding this review.

The survey is open until Friday 25 October 2024.
