Reviewing polling districts and places
We are consulting on proposed changes to polling districts and polling places. These changes will affect the polling stations people vote at in the following wards:
- Central Hove
- Hangleton & Knoll
- Kemptown
- North Portslade
- Whitehawk & Marina
- Woodingdean
We want to hear from any registered elector or elected representative for affected wards, as well as local political parties, and persons and organisations that have expertise in relation to access to premises and facilities for people who have different forms of disability.
Have your say
Have your say on the proposals until Sunday 28 September 2025.
The survey will take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete. You can log in to automatically save your progress and return later to complete your submission.
Phases
Review and implementation
Once the public consultation has closed, we will review any responses and make any necessary amendments to the proposals. Full Council will vote on the final proposals on 23 October 2025. If the final proposals are accepted by Full Council, these will come into effect in December 2025 when we publish the revised electoral register.
