Housing register and homelessness systems

If you've used the online housing needs service in the last two years we'd like to know what you think about it and how you think it could be improved.

This includes making an application to the housing register and bidding on social housing properties on the Homemove or contacting the council for housing advice if you are or have been homeless or threatened with homelessness.

Reviewing customer access

We're working towards replacing our current housing needs system. This will mean a new customer website and online application process.

We plan to make the new website available to customers in 2026.

We'd love to hear about your experiences of using the current system and your thoughts on how it could be improved.

The survey will be open until 31 December 2025 and will take around 15 minutes to complete. Your feedback could help inform the design of the new service.
