Housing data feedback

As a local authority and housing provider, we must collect and publish a variety of performance indicators known as Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

These, along with a selection of other indicators, are published online for our residents. They can be found on our housing performance webpage.

The purpose is for you to see how we are performing across all areas of housing and to hold us accountable for areas where we are performing below expectation.

It is important for us to make sure that we present the data in such a way that you feel confident reading the data and understand what the figures are telling you.
