Help shape the future of Coldean
The Coldean Neighbourhood Forum has submitted its draft Neighbourhood Plan and we want to hear what you think.
The plan was developed with community feedback and sets out local priorities, like which areas should be protected as green spaces, and makes sure these match up with city and national planning rules.
Coldean is the fifth area in the city to submit a plan, following Hove Station, Rottingdean Parish, Brighton Marina and West Saltdean.
We’re now asking the public for their views before the plan is checked by an independent examiner.
After that, local people will vote in a referendum to decide if the plan should become an official planning document.
Have your say and help shape Coldean’s future
Please read through the documents and additional information in the phase description before filling taking part in the consultation.
