Share your feedback about the Brighton & Hove HAF programme

This survey is for families who joined a free Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme to share their feedback about the experience.

Funded by the Department for Education, we provide grants to community groups and playschemes to run free holiday clubs for children who get free school meals.

The HAF programme aims to help children and young people stay active, enjoy fun activities, eat healthy food, learn about nutrition and feel safe and connected.
