Earlier in the year we carried out a series of workshops with tenants and staff, to help us improve on important issues you’ve raised through complaints and engagement.
We listened and there were six key things that were highlighted. These are:
- Improved customer service
- Improved complaints service
- Improved repairs
- More ways to have your say
- Improved online services
- Safer, cleaner areas

Real, lasting change takes time
Some of the suggestions need improved computer systems and technology, some need staff training and some need new ways of working.
We can't do everything at once and we want to make sure we start with what will make the biggest difference to you.
