'Hands up' travel to school survey 2026

Thank you for taking part in the 2026 'hands up' travel to school survey.

You can take part by clicking the 'take the survey' button and answer the questions with the help of your pupils.

The survey should take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Your school will have decided on a date to collect the travel data on the same day.

Completing the survey

If possible, please complete on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 or Thursday 12 March.

If your school needs a different date, please use the reserve dates of Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18 or Thursday 19 March.

In this survey, you'll be asked to ask your class how they travelled to school and how they would prefer to travel to school each day.
