It would be great to have a crossing here and some trees planted on Down Terrace as it is a wide road it could easily take on some natural beauty. With the ship being a post office now and St Luke’s school very close there is no safe crossing point. As it is a wide straight road unfortunately people do speed on the road and a crossing would help to keep everyone safe, particularly children going to and from school. I live on this road and it gets busy with traffic at school drop and pick up times.
