You licence clearly states....
After 23-00hrs music should be inaudible inside the nearest noise sensitive receptor.
Why is it at 23.20 its still thumping away? We're 150M away, its must be incredibly loud for those nearer.
What is Environmental Protection doing about this? I know its a conflict for them but the cobditions a of the license must be upheld.
