Road narrowing/pavement size increase at Clifton Terrace/Dyke Road junction

The width of Clifton Terrace at the junction onto Dyke Road is incredibly wide, making crossing take more time and be more dangerous, especially with Dyke Road being quite a busy road. The width of the road and wide corners also encourages drivers not to slow down when entering/exiting the junction, making accidents more likely and crossing more dangerous.
