Improving D Road park.
Restoring the garden area to its historical appearance, adding a central statue (perhaps by a local artist). Repairing the broken overgrown fountain. Bring back the old arbors to allow for climbing plants and providing some shelter.
Generally improving facilities, upgrading signs, more benches, more rubbish collections.

I had a problem with something around Dyke Road, too. It may or may not have been fixed - testing, testing!
