Remove communal bins from outside St Barts and ex CE Primary School to give space on footpath. If required hey can be placed in the road. Remove Zig zag lines as the school is closed. Church has a space for bins as do the homes and flats near by . no need for communal bins There are 4 by Sainsburys . Please visit the area and reassess the need for Communal bins now that the school has closed
