Pedestrian crossing needed on Winfield Avenue, Patcham

Some small measures have been taken but they are not enough to enable people, particularly young people, children and those with reduced mobility to cross Winfield Avenue safely, because drivers are continuing to go too fast in both directions and ignore pedestrians. This road is right next to a school and twitten walkway which should ensure some priority is given for real, effective safety measures.
