Make it possible for those not able to use the internet and who are not mobile to be able to attend the engagement meetings . At the moment attendees to the meetings are only those using the internet, on social media and who have seen the public notice/s. Public events engagement meetings /planning and licensing notices should be displayed on public notice boards, in community centres, council housing notice boards and in Libraries . The council service centre at the Jubliee Library should be aware of the planning and licesening notices and reach out to those who want to comment but dont know how to. Ward councillor surgeries also have an important role to play and should have Licensing/Planning/Outdoor events engagement meeting invites notices brought to their constituents with copies ready to take away for constituents to give feedback at the next surgery meeting
