Make changes to the traffic lights at the junction of Warren Road and Falmer Road

When I moved here over a decade ago, the council told me that the crossroads at the Downs Hotel were the smartest technology possible. I don't believe this. One person can hold up 4 lanes of traffic which just exacerbates already long lines of traffic, usually in 3 if not 4 directions.

Reducing traffic flow would be the ideal solution, but if that can't happen, could the council at least look at helping traffic flow a bit better at this junction.
