Lighting in Victoria Park Portslade

Lights along pathway in Victoria Park (pathway going from Old Shoreham Road to Victoria Road), Portslade. This is well used, especially now with the No 1X bus route, there is a stop just outside the park in Victoria Road, however the pathway is pitch black as there are no lights at all. I (and other people I know) feel very unsafe walking along there in the dark, and avoid it by walking around the park, which makes the journey much longer.
