Fix dangerous flared junction on key school route

From "Better Brighton & Hove fund"

Go to the project

Junction of Osborne Road and Preston Drove is currently very flared with poor sightline - hazardous for pedestrians. Please fix it. A very large number of young people use this stretch of Preston Drove to get to school when roads are busiest, and the 11-16 yo age range has by far the highest pedestrian casualty rate of any age range U65. When the crossing distance is closed up, also add a continuous footway so that it matches the junctions on Ditchling Road, which are also part of the school commute network in the area.
