Caravanserai bring pleasure to customers, and misery to residents. Booming bass and DJ/PA yelling nonsense into my home

Living in the heart of Brighton I am used to lively night life. I appreciate events such as Pride, Marathon, Half Marathon, Naked Bike Ride and the usual sounds of a thriving city at night. I do not appreciate a month of amplified music 30 metres from my home in an event that made only basic minimum legal requirements for licensing, and has yet to even apply for planning consent. NIMBY? If you like it so much have it outside your home, with your neighbours given no choice.
