Caravan Serai on St Peter's North thumping bass at 83 decibels
From "Outdoor events forum"
Go to the project

Really loud thumping bass, registering at 83 decibels in front lounge window, thought it was supposed to be quieter than this? Seems like a breach. Our telly is up loud watching Eurovision but the bass of the caravanserai event is drowning it out

As a resident I'm reporting this issue to you the council. The council issued the licence and are the legal enforcers. By reporting this issue on your voice and to environmental health the council have a legal duty to enforce the breach, not the resident calling the people actually causing the breach.
This is a clear case of dereliction of duty on the council and events team's legal responsibilities.
Please advise what you have done to enforce the breach.

I had to call them as the thumping of the bass on our windows was so intrusive. We're about 150M away, so I can only image what it must be like for those living closer.
