Bike hub project expansion

Expand the bike hub/s already in the area by giving them much needed funding. There is a service in the whitehawk area for example that is open 1 day a week but heavily subscribed. With the funding to employ 1 person, an additional 1 day a week the scope to provide transportation support to low income households would be able to expand. This would provide more affordability of transport costs, greater opportunity for jobs and generate income for the local council to the put back into the community.
