Its 23.45pm and loud music can clearly be heard inside my home with windows closed over 150M away. Please explain why that is and what you're doing about previous breaches. Do you actually have Environmental Protection officers on site checking if the loud music is inaudible at the nearest home?

Please, don't 'thank' me, just take action and turn the music down at 23.00. How hard is it to enforce a licence?
